Why should you trust me with your body?...
Before stepping into the fitness world, I was a primary school teacher for 11 years. I loved teaching, but health & fitness had always been a huge part of my life; any spare time I had was spent exercising, helping friends and family move more, or reading about fitness & wellbeing.
After having my two children, finding the time and energy to prioritise fitness became much harder. That drop in movement made me realise just how important exercise was for my physical & mental wellbeing. Talking to other mums, I quickly discovered I wasn’t alone; so many mums felt exercise was something they just didn’t have time for.
I often heard, “Oh no, I don’t exercise! I’m a mum!”
I knew I had to change the narrative. Mums deserve to feel healthy, fit and strong. Motherhood is so physically demanding (have you ever lifted a baby car seat?!).

I decided to follow my passions and retrained as a level 2 Fitness Instructor in 2021.
Mummy Fit Club was born.

Word soon spread about my fun teaching style (using skills from my previous career!) and many people suggested that I also do a fitness class for adults, without little ones. Many people understand the benefits of fitness, but just don't know where to start, have had negative experiences in the past or just don't believe exercise can be enjoyable...
This is why my Feel Good Fit Club was created. Making exercise fun.

I completed my level 3 qualification in Personal Training a year after starting my classes.
Working one-to-one or with people in small groups, has reminded me how individual we all are, with our own goals and moivations, but also barriers and concerns. I want to help my clients in multiple areas of their health & fitness. In order to do this I have now completed my level 3 qualification in Nutrition and Weight Management.
My approach is to educate you about exercise and nutrition, how they work together, and empower you to change your relationship with your body and food for good.

No more fad diets. No more yo-yo-ing scales.
It's time to celebrate bodies and understand how to make lasting, positive changes.
