You can visit my website or contact me on social media without revealing any personal information. I collect information about you when you choose to enquire about my services, book onto an exercise class or subscribe to my email newsletter.

When you make a booking, I will require you name, location, email address, telephone number and the name and age of your children (if you book onto a Mummy Fit Club class). This enables me to contact you should I need to, regarding further information/cancellation of classes, as well as helps me to plan sessions accordingly (depending on ages of children attending Mummy Fit Club)
