Every client starts with a full consultation and assessment, so I can truly understand your goals, lifestyle and needs. From there, I design a personalised training plan, adapting it as you progress to make sure it continues to support you and your goals.

I'm all about helping women build strength, teaching safe lifting techniques and boosting confidence.

A whole hour dedicated to you, your body and your individual goals.

2:1 personal training
Exercising with a partner increases energy, encouragement and can be more
cost-effective.

Small group training
More affordable than 1:1 or 2:1 training.
A small group builds a sense of belonging, is fun and often individuals perform better.
