professional guidance, tailored workouts, and ongoing support.

(I’ll play anything that motivates you!).

My private home gym provides a safe and quiet space for you to press pause on the outside world while you strengthen, stretch and relax.

I’m passionate about helping women build strength, teaching safe lifting techniques, and boosting confidence.

1:1 personal training​
A whole hour dedicated to you, your body and your individual goals.

2:1 personal training
Exercising with a partner increases energy, encouragement and can be more
cost-effective.
​
Small group training
More affordable than 1:1 or 2:1 training.
Exercising in a small group builds a sense of belonging, is fun and often individuals perform better.
