Mummy Fit Club outdoors! Here's what to expect... We'll meet on the green and set up an area where little ones can play (please bring your own entertainment and snacks for them). We'll do a workout whilst feeling the sun on our skin and wind in our hair :o) For those who want to, we can grab a coffee afterwards and stay to play and chat. Really looking forward to these sessions! Em x
